4th Edition Of Ex DUSTLIK Between Indian & Uzbekistan Army

4th edition of the joint military exercise ‘DUSTLIK’ between the Indian Army and Uzbekistan Army commenced in Foreign Training Node, Pithoragarh (Uttarakhand) on 20 Feb 2023.

45 Soldiers each from Uzbekistan Army and Indian Army are participating in the 4th edition of this exercise which is aimed at promoting positive relations between both armies.

The 14-day long joint exercise would focus on joint counter-terrorist operations in mountainous and semi-urban scenarios under UN mandate and will include field training exercises, combat discussions, lectures, and demonstrations and culminate with a validation exercise.

The Indian Army Tweeted, The 4th Edition of India-Uzbekistan Joint Military Exercise Dustlik commenced today at Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand. The 14 days’ joint training will focus on sharing best practices in Sub Conventional Operations under UN mandate.
